This is a biodiesel production and storage plant located in the Port of Bilbao, on a plot of 25,000 m2 and with a production of 200,000 tonnes /year

INSTRUMENTATION
- Supply and assembly of Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and distribution panel
- Installation of the tank-level measuring system
- Installation of the truck-loading system, including product counters, additive feeders, earthing, overload detection, and operator terminal
- Installation of the auxiliary instrumentation of the terminal
- Laying of trays and power control cables for ATEX zones
- Closed-circuit television and intercom and public address system
AUTOMATION AND CONTROL
- Development of the software to control vessel loading / offloading, automatic truck-loading, product pumps, and entry and exit scales
- Control of additive feeding in line with loading operations for both vessels and trucks
- Development of the SCADA supervision software
- Development of the management software of the terminal
- Remote maintenance service for the control system
