Decal is a hydrocarbon terminal with more than one million m³ of storage space located on the pier Muelle de la Energía, in the Port of Barcelona.

The overall installations carried out by SURIS, S.L. cover the general distribution and manoeuvring panels, distribution lines and driving power, channelling, lighting, safety control, instrumentation and control.
