This building was designed and constructed to satisfy the demanding codes and regulations relating to sustainable energy. Examples of its sustainable systems include: the sanitation system (that collects and reuses rainwater), the plumbing system (minimum use controls, flow regulators and solar water heaters), HVAC (high performance compressed air cooling plants, quiet systems with noise reduction and heat recovery technologies), natural gas boilers, electricity (low energy consumption, all LED lighting), presence detection sensors, photovoltaic panels that harness solar energy, and the centralised management of the all of the facilities and systems.
